Job Description As an Eyewear Store Manager you will be responsible for implementing rules and procedures and making sure that they are being followed, setting and achieving store targets, and supporting the efforts of the Optometrist and the team. The job responsibility will be:The job responsibility will be: Setting and achieving sales budgets.Maximizing sales.Ensuring exceptional customer service is being delivered.Ensuring visual presentation is at perfection.Ensuring that all policies and procedure are being met.Making schedules.Ensuring proper stock management and controlling loss prevention.
